It's been a couple of years since I have been updating this blog due to life and school. However, I'm excited to share that Spirit has brought me back to Physical Mediumship! With renewed and greater connection to Spirit than I've had in years, I have begun (along with a few friends) a physical mediumship circle based on the 'Basic Guide' given to us by Scole Experiment. I've decided to use this blog as a means of recording our experiences as we develop in our circle. Although a few of us met up on the lunar new year last Sunday as a means of intention setting, we officially began our Spirit Experiments with all group members and items last night. To help facilitate the phenomena, we followed the Basic Guide as closely as possible. In the guide, it mentions some items that they used at Scole. One of which is this glass dome apparatus which houses energy for our Spirit Team to use.
We definitely experienced a difference in the energy created by this apparatus combined with a quartz cluster. I am happy to report that we did indeed experience the beginning signs of physical phenomenon! I think that the glass dome apparatus was essential in this. Some of what different group members reported included:
- Cold temperature changes from the knees down (felt by everyone)
- Cold or very warm temperatures on our hands (as if someone was holding your hand) - Vibrations, chills, tingles throughout our bodies.
- Various levels of trance state (our Spirit team worked with us as we practice blending energies)
- Touched or brushed or tugged (face, hip, arm, leg, shirt all gentle)
- Extreme pressure in hands as if someone was pressing down on them with their knuckles (this was very physical and surreal for me!)
- Messages about our group and the energies we are bringing
As it was our first true meeting together, we were told that it was more about removing blockages, healing anxieties, and creating an energetic space conducive for physical phenomenon. Also, as we were learning to connect with Spirit, Spirit was learning to connect with us. We did also receive names of certain Spirit guides for the group however, I'll wait until our connection is clearer before I share anything specific of that nature. I feel very excited about what's to come for our group because if this is just the beginning, I can't imagine what our Spirit team has in store for us!
